In January of 2011 EMT International were called upon to work closely together with the project management team of FACEO to work out a new strategy for AB-INBEV.
The goal was to relocate all personnel spread over 6 floors in order to gain 2 floors that would later be let out to other companies.
EMT International was solely responsible for the complete project management; all moves of personal, recuperation of all surplus furniture, inventories and Exit strategies. The project was spread over 5 months on a daily basis.
Due to the nature of the project it became apparent that our knowledge base was very important to AB-Inbev. This also resulted in the creation of our Entry management Department. The Project management team were able to relay this knowledge base into a new workable plan that resulted in EMT International delivering 125 new workstations, optimizing space planning and the environment to suit the daily needs of AB-INBEV
